Dexterz Technologies is hiring a " HR Recruiter " on a remote basis. Experience: 2 - 4 years Location: Remote 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels. • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews. • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Meet hiring targets and timelines. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience hiring for IT/tech roles is a plus. • Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
