We partner with tier-1 enterprise clients to deliver scalable, high-quality performance engineering solutions across complex platforms. We are currently seeking a Performance Engineer to support enterprise applications and critical systems, working closely with delivery teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans Build and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing Analyse performance results and identify bottlenecks Work with development and infrastructure teams to tune performance Support performance testing across web, API, and backend systems Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable Produce clear performance reports and recommendations Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Performance Engineer / Performance Tester Hands-on experience with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or k6 Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies Experience testing web applications and APIs Ability to analyse results and provide actionable insights Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Enterprise or regulated environments Why CloudMarc Work with tier-1 enterprise clients Hybrid working model Strong focus on quality and engineering excellence Supportive consultancy environment
