This role will act as the bridge between business vision and execution, shaping future-state solutions and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead multiple digital transformation initiatives in parallel ✔ Conduct diagnostics, customer journey & process design ✔ Translate business vision into actionable requirements ✔ Drive requirement prioritization & execution governance ✔ Collaborate with IT, Design, Vendors, and Control functions (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security) ✔ Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with measurable business impact ✔ Proactively remove bottlenecks and support benefit realization 🔹 Ideal Profile: ✔ Strong techno-functional background ✔ Experience leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives ✔ Exposure to banking / financial services environments ✔ Strong stakeholder management & governance skills ✔ Ability to drive measurable impact across revenue, CX, cost efficiency & risk
