Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3+ years preferred Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our staff and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VPN management, Microsoft 365 administration, and general IT troubleshooting. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. • Manage and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access for staff. • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). • Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management. • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including backups and security protocols. • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference. • Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience in IT support roles (3+ years preferred). • Strong knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration. • Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS environments. • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
