We’re looking for a highly motivated Commercial Legal Manager. In foodpanda you can be the best version of yourself as we enable the freedom to be creative and passionate.  Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice/opinion in various legal matters, including corporate law, foreign business law, consumer protection law and e-commerce related regulations, and cooperate with other departments under Delivery Hero entities in Laos to complete any related tasks. • Draft, review, evaluate risk factors and provide appropriate solutions regarding commercial-related agreements for Delivery Hero entities in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar. • Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to colleagues and related stakeholders. • Support Lead, Regional and Global team members of Delivery Hero on assigned projects.
