Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. • Order tracking and delivery: Track open orders end-to-end, drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery, and escalate delays early with proposed solutions. • Supplier and operations coordination: Be the main contact between suppliers and the operations team on LPOs, deliveries, shortages and returns. Monitor supplier performance (fill rate, lead time, cost compliance). • Reporting and insights: Own the admin reports (Active Items, Customer Orders, Weekly Cost Update, Pepsi Data Sharing, QFA Sales, PO MTD) and the monthly supplier data sharing. Turn the numbers into insights and recommended actions, not just files. • Catalog and data accuracy: Action requests to change barcodes, cost prices and descriptions. Keep the change log and internal database (order dates, vendors, quantities, supplier details) accurate and up to date. • Assortment and content quality: Maintain the country assortment file as the single source of truth. Run weekly image checks in the Talabat app and fix missing or incorrect images. • Process improvement and ad hoc support: Find gaps in current workflows and automate repetitive tasks (Sheets, Apps Script, Tableau). Handle document printing and stamping and support manager requests as needed. • You have at least 2+ years of experience within data recording and the administrative field  • You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved. • You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. • You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. • You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
