The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Intune, SCCM, Windows OS, automation, and enterprise device management. 🔨 Key Responsibilities You will play an important role in: Performing advanced troubleshooting of PC and SCCM-related issues, including Windows 10/11 and GPO, using ServiceNow effectively. Ensuring high availability and integrity of endpoint management tools and architecture (SCCM, BeyondTrust, Adaptiva, MBAM, Microsoft Intune). Developing, maintaining, and improving automation scripts to monitor and optimize endpoint infrastructure health. Managing WIM files, creating/maintaining driver packages, and ensuring hardware driver certification for enterprise standards. Operating within the SAFe framework and prioritizing tasks across endpoint operations and feature delivery in a 24/7 environment. 🎓 Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. Have extensive hands-on experience with Intune & SCCM for deployment, updates, upgrades, and change management in medium to large enterprises. Possess strong expertise in Windows 10/11 client OS management and troubleshooting. Have proven experience designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting end-user technologies in distributed enterprise environments. Have strong hands-on experience with PC/laptop hardware, drivers, and enterprise hardware certification processes.
