Job Description

We’re building a model where clinicians can see real outcomes from their work while providing accessible, whole-family care. The Role We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-based care model. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment. What You’ll Do • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6–17) and their families • Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform Assessment & Measurement-Based Care • Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients • Perform multi-dimensional evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors • Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated • Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care • Track client progress using session-level measures, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives Minimum Qualifications • Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families • Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills • Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice • Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.
