We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale our Commercial Partners Programme in France — bringing together resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms who help deploy ElevenLabs' technology to their clients across the French market. You'll own the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs, consultancies, and resellers, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products. This is a 0→1 build: you'll design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against regional growth targets, while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance. What Success Looks Like (First 6–9 Months) • Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue: closed-won ARR through GSIs, RSIs, cloud providers, VARs, and technology partners reaching at least 20% of regional revenue • Partner-Sourced Pipeline: qualified pipeline created through partners, with a focus on enterprise opportunities in target industries • Revenue-Producing Partners: number of partners actively generating pipeline, opportunities, or revenue each quarter • Time-to-First Revenue: speed from partner onboarding to first sourced opportunity and first closed-won deal • Strategic Account Penetration: new enterprise accounts and executive relationships unlocked through partners that ElevenLabs would've struggled to access directly Requirements • 12+ years building and scaling an in-country SaaS/Cloud solution, with a strong network you can leverage from day one • 4+ years owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships, with proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell, and revenue — not just relationship management • A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme • Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products, and able to explain complex concepts to partners and customers • Bonus: Mix of 3-4 years in sales + 3-4 years in partnerships/alliances; mix of 3-4 years at a large company + 3-4 years at a smaller/less established company Location This role is remote-first but Paris is preferred. #LI-remote
