Sublime Wireless Inc is seeking a proactive NOC Engineer – L1 to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient operations by providing real-time monitoring and first-level support for Nokia telecom systems and Satellite Gateway infrastructure. ✨ Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Monitor Nokia telecom systems and Satellite Gateway networks to ensure 24/7 service availability. 🔹 Perform L1 troubleshooting and incident resolution for network alarms and performance degradations. 🔹 Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams in strict accordance with SOPs and escalation matrices. 🔹 Coordinate with field engineers and maintain detailed incident reports and operational logs. ✨ Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science. ✔ Hands-on experience with Nokia telecom systems and NOC operations. ✔ Proven ability to monitor Satellite Gateway infrastructure and analyze network alarms. ✔ Authorized to work in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in shift-based environments. 🌟 Benefits: ▪ Salary: SAR 6,000 – 9,000 Monthly. ▪ Medical insurance and shift allowances per Saudi labor regulations. ▪ Clear career pathway toward L2/L3 NOC Engineer or Telecom Operations Lead.
