The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Director - Manage office communications, schedules, calendars, and high-level client meeting arrangements - Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents - Maintain well-organized electronic and physical filing systems - Arrange travel, appointments, and internal client coordination - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders - Monitor office supplies, logistics, and support procurement activities - Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations Requirements - Arabic-speaking female candidates (Arab nationals encouraged to apply) - Dress Code: Professional Business Attire / Suit - Proven experience in Secretarial, Administrative, or Office Coordination roles - Strong communication skills in Arabic & English (additional languages are an advantage) - High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills - Immediate availability is mandatory
